- What tasks have no fixed due dates? Can they be eliminated?
- What tasks are on the board but can be done “later” - add them to a “later” or “backlog” project?
- What tasks are low value and/or low urgency? Can they be eliminated?
- Where can you make tasks easier by asking for resourcing?
